Roles & Responsibilities:
- Report to the Executive Team and collaborate with managers and staff.
- Lead front-of-house operations to ensure excellent guest service, smooth floor flow, and efficient service during all operating hours.
- Support and supervise servers, bartenders, and FoH staff; step into service roles as needed.
- Conduct and assist with pre-shift and monthly team meetings.
- Build guest relationships and handle guest recovery situations professionally.
- Manage reservations, group bookings, and guest inquiries using TOCK and in-house systems.
- Provide weekly shift summaries and operational updates to the Executive Team.
- Mentor, coach, and support staff while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Assist with hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary processes for FoH staff.
- Oversee inventory, supply organization, cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with Food Safe and Serving It Right standards.
- Support team and individual performance goals and carry out additional duties assigned by the Executive Team.
