What You'll Do

Working closely with Chef David Hawksworth and our Head Chef, you'll be an integral part of our leadership team, helping to deliver exceptional dining experiences every service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating on the development of seasonal menus, new dishes, and creative culinary concepts.
  • Leading the kitchen during service with confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Inspiring, coaching, and mentoring cooks and junior chefs while fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen reflects the quality and consistency Hawksworth is known for.
  • Managing inventory, ordering, and product quality while minimizing waste.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who brings both technical excellence and strong leadership.

You'll have:

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a comparable fine dining or upscale restaurant.
  • A culinary diploma, Red Seal Certification, or equivalent trade qualification (preferred).
  • A passion for seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and continuous learning.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • A positive, hands-on leadership style that motivates and develops those around you.
  • The drive to contribute to a culture of excellence every single day.
