Job Description
We are looking for someone with prior experience in a professional environment to help lead our busy kitchen.
Must be able to work clean on line, set up and scrub down a section, execute a fast-paced service, and posses strong time management, organizational, and leadership skills. Responsibilities include running service, cleaning and closing down the kitchen, writing prep lists, labour and inventory management.
Wage will be determined by experience. Medical and dental benefits are given to full-time employees after a probation period is completed.
