Sous Chef Full Time

We are looking for a passionate, organized, and experienced Sous Chef to join our growing team in Vancouver.

This role will support operations across both:
• Linh Café — A Vietnamese Kitchen with a French Cooking Style
• Linh Noodle Bar — our upcoming noodle bar concept at Fairmont Pacific Rim

What we’re looking for:
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Experience in high-volume professional kitchens
• Passion for food quality, consistency, and team culture
• Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently under pressure
• Experience with ordering, prep systems, scheduling, and training is an asset
