Job Description
We’re hiring for Pasta e Basta — a quick-service pasta concept inspired by one of our most beloved restaurants, Ask for Luigi - now open at Timeout Market in Oakridge Park.
This concept is built around a simple idea: great pasta, served quickly, without compromise. This is Luigi at its most direct form — familiar, comforting, and generous. No extras, no complications. Just good pasta, served well. Even in a quick-service setting, the goal remains the same: to create a moment of connection through food and hospitality.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen in a similar position
- Full-time open availability required
- Passionate about the culinary arts and leading a team
- Ability to lead by example and support junior team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, team-first mindset
- Food Safe Level 1 required
