Butcher Part Time / Full Time

Sebastian & Co Fine Meats is looking for a Retail Butcher / Meat Cutter to join our growing team in Vancouver.

We are an independent butcher shop focused on premium meats, exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

What We're Looking For

• Previous butcher, culinary, kitchen, or food preparation experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Fluent English required
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Passion for food, quality products, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs

Experience

Previous butcher experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to provide training to the right candidate with a culinary, kitchen, or food-service background who is eager to learn the trade.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and preparing meat products
• Assisting customers and providing product recommendations
• Maintaining clean, organized, and attractive displays
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures
• Preparing value-added products and assisting with production
• General retail and shop duties as required
