ZUBU Ramen is one of Vancouver's leading Japanese restaurant brands, serving authentic ramen and modern Japanese cuisine. With four locations across Greater Vancouver and exciting expansion plans ahead, we're looking for energetic and customer-focused team members to join our Downtown team.

Position

Full-time Server (FOH)

Available Positions

• 2 Full-time Positions

• Shift: 6:00 PM – 1:30 AM

• Evening and closing shift availability is required.

Preference will be given to applicants who:

• Live in or near Downtown Vancouver

• Are Canadian citizens or permanent residents

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests

• Take food and beverage orders

• Serve food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks responsibly

• Maintain clean and organized dining areas

• Clear and reset tables

• Process takeout and delivery orders

• Communicate with delivery drivers

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

• Help maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience preferred

• Previous serving experience is an asset

• Strong English communication skills

• Friendly and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Quick learner

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

• Applicants with a valid Canadian work permit must have at least 8 months remaining on their work permit

Compensation

• Starting Wage: From $18.25/hour
