Experienced Barista – Oceanfront Café

The Beach House Café is looking for an experienced Barista to join our opening team in beautiful Cordova Bay, Victoria.

We're passionate about specialty coffee, fresh breakfast and lunch, and delivering exceptional customer service in one of Victoria's most beautiful oceanfront locations.

Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality espresso beverages and brewed coffee.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Operate the POS and process customer orders.
Assist with food assembly when required.
Maintain a clean and organized coffee station.
Work efficiently as part of a positive team.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of barista experience.
Experience with commercial espresso machines.
Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Weekend availability.
