We are seeking a mixologist/bartender for Arbequina Restaurant, located at 325 Roncesvalles Avenue. If you're someone who has a keen sense of taste, enjoys participating in the creation of mocktails, and available Wednesday to Sunday during dinner service, this is the role for you. Please note, we are a non-alcoholic restaurant and our mocktail offering is a huge part of our dining experience. The experience we seek is someone who understands flavours, maybe has a background as a line cook and is availble 5 days a week.
- Prepare and Serve Drinks: Mix and serve non-alcoholic drinks according to restaurant standards and customer requests
- Prep all ingredients for in house mocktails prep, juices, garnishes and essence
- Manage Bar Inventory: Restock, mixers, and garnishes; monitor inventory to ensure supplies don't run low.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Customer Service: Engage with guests table side, explaining drinks and flavour profiles
- Assist with Set-Up and Breakdown: Help prepare the bar before opening and assist in closing duties at the end of the shift.
General Skills Required:

- Teamwork: Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure efficient service.
