Line Cook / Chef de Partie Part Time / Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team. Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
• Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
• Handle food with care, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices
• Assist with food plating and garnishing to ensure appealing presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and storage
• Support team members during busy service hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving, food service, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or as a line cook in a restaurant setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
