Due to the "exemplary" behaviour demonstrated by British Columbians in following safety guidelines over the past 100 days, BC has now entered Phase 3 of its reopening plan. Non-essential travel is now permitted and hotels and resorts, movie theatres and the film industry are permitted to reopen.
