Great place to work at if you’re one of the favourites. I genuinely enjoyed my time there and met some incredible people, but I had challenges with upper management. Most of the managers were supportive and professional, though leadership at the top could sometimes feel inconsistent — smiling to your face one day, making things difficult the next. It’s a very corporate culture, and if you’re okay navigating a bit of unfairness, you’ll be fine. Great team, strong brand, and solid tips. Just note that during the off-season, hours drop significantly and you'll be called off a lot. A second job will be necessary to survive.

Management is mixed — some managers are supportive and fair, while others can be harder to work with. The best part is definitely the coworkers, who make the busy shifts more enjoyable and keep the atmosphere fun and team-oriented.
