Decent job and pays well. Poor management and was surprisingly unsupportive towards a disabled staff.

Some great managers, some terrible. Lack of communication all around, especially between management and service team. Great coworkers, nice people.

Management is good. Coworkers are nice and supportive. One might not get full-time hours, doesn't matter how good your work. Other than this, recommended.

Management, coworkers, values, training, the whole package: incredible. One of the best work environments I've ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Floor managers are among the best and most supportive you will ever work with. The location can best be described as "high-end, low-key". And, if you're just looking for a summer job (or whatever), Five Sails looks great on a resume.

It's not worth minimum wage.

Perfect performance and a willingness to make the restaurant a priority in your life are expected. Your tip-outs may be diluted by the sheer number of FOH staff, and you are expected to be available for last-minute call-ins (or other schedule changes).

It's not worth minimum wage.
