A great place to work at if you value real teamwork, supportive work culture and down-to-earth management. I've had some of the best time of my career as a server here. Amazing co-workers, delicious staff meals, and the managers are always there to support the team. Most, if not all, of their supervisors/managers are promoted enternally, which is great for career growth and opportunities. Tips are shared equally with the BOH, so that means lower tips for servers but you can still make decent income.
