Young and inexperienced managers, although mostly friendly individuals. Not to be trusted, as they promise one thing and do the opposite. Lack of transparency. Too much turnover amongst managers and terrible communication.
This is a new restaurant so it has all of the nicest equipment, decor, etc. The kitchen is first class and the team was trained well from day one. And the location can't be beaten on the quay at the water and right next to the ice rink.
