Had a good team and great regulars, but management actively fostered a divisive work environment that didn't feel safe. Tips were initially pretty good but unfortunately the clientele left for better environments so the tips dried up and the pub ultimately closed.

Pros: Tips were decent. Fun working in a pub as opposed to a restaurant. Fellow servers, bartenders and kitchen staff were supportive and lovely.
Cons: Upper management was sleazy and made poor decisions on behalf of their staff, on the menu & kitchen. Toxic work environment.
