We are a young team of hospitality professionals who are making it our mission to change the food-and-beverage scene on campus. In each of our businesses fresh, high-quality food comes first. We strongly believe that we offer the best food on campus and we take pride in that. From the beginning, it's been very important to us that we serve food and beverages that are both delicious and real. We believe that every item on our menu should be something that we are proud to serve or we shouldn’t be bothering. This is why we insist on only using free range eggs and chicken, local BC grass-fed beef, and Ocean Wise seafood. It definitely costs us more, and sometimes it means we take a bit of a hit on the bottom line, but we believe these are important ethical choices that also result in food that tastes better and is better for you. We really believe that these kind of standards serve everyone better and allow us to operate a business that we can be proud of. We also take pride in the amazing team we have working with us as our people are our most important asset.
