Company doesn't care for their staff. Easiest way to get rid of staff is to pay them off. Head office doesn't know what they are doing and has little to no direction for the locations. Suggest ideas to bring in customers only to have it shot down ...

Suggest ideas to bring in customers only to have it shot down then months later they make the changes and say it was their idea. Operations has no clue what they're doing.
