Great culture, nice people, environment and management. For servers, the tip out percentage to the BOH is VERY high (so don't expect to make great tips unless you're absolutely hustling and have been scheduled a good section at a busy time).

Also, you go through a trial period at the beginning - so even if you were hired for full time work, you may only get put on "on-call" shifts for the first few months, meaning you have to be available to work full-time even though they might only call you in for 1 -2 days a week. So "full time" really isn't full time until they actually need you. (*keep this in mind if you're looking for consistent work from day 1).
