Most of my direct managers who i started with left or moved up and current management is kind of discrete about the plans going forward. I wouldn't work here if you were expecting to make lots of tips as that is not likely for new employees. This job has a great atmosphere being in the building for playoff games and massive concerts is a big plus as well the union has a great reciprocals package to get you discounts to a number of places across Ontario. They have recently added 6 locations that are essentially self checkout where ONLY new staff work which will make you erssentially do the same work as others but receive no tips for your effort.

If the manager's do not like you, they will get you out regardless of the union.

You gets shifts when they have events and matches otherwise they dont call you pay is decent. As a side job you can earn around 800$ a month
