Overstaffed and then let go over half the staff with no regard to financial hardships or ability to find work elsewhere. Bread an instable work environment and treated staff members as disposable labor.

Not nearly enough hours to support the cost of living. Shifts are typically 2-4 hours with 1- 2 tables per shift. So many servers not enough business.
