New management came in and started favoring people and really coddling them, along with standing beside head office instead of with their staff. You're constantly walking on egg shells and management leads by fear of termination. Met some fantastic people there and arguably the best coworkers I've ever had in the industry. Learned a lot about giving good service and learned a lot about what to look out for when a culture is taking a nose dive.
