Started a few years ago with an amazing management team that was extremely well lead. Fell in love with the workplace immediately. New management came in and started favoring people and really coddling them, along with standing beside head office instead of with their staff. You're constantly walking on egg shells and management leads by fear of termination. Met some fantastic people there and arguably the best coworkers I've ever had in the industry. Learned a lot about giving good service and learned a lot about what to look out for when a culture is taking a nose dive.

Used to be an amazing place to work. After new management, relationship between kitchen and servers declined extremely fast, and continues to do so. When I started it was one of the most supportive places I’ve worked at. By the time I left, it was operated mostly on fear and everyone tiptoed around. To date, some of the best people I’ve ever worked with in the staff, and a beautiful location to work in and see every day. Not always consistent, but quite regularly amazing tips

Management has changed. It's more about the bottom line than caring for employees now, which is a shame.

Management has become pretty bad, used to be good but micro management seems to be an issue and extremely minor faults you have had will be held against you as a reason to not promote you or give you a good schedule. There is no constructive criticism, you will not be told if you are doing something wrong or could improve on something else. Tips are good, especially in the summer, it slows down a lot in the winter. Little to no room for advancement unless you work extremely hard.
