Management has become pretty bad, used to be good but micro management seems to be an issue and extremely minor faults you have had will be held against you as a reason to not promote you or give you a good schedule. There is no constructive criticism, you will not be told if you are doing something wrong or could improve on something else. Tips are good, especially in the summer, it slows down a lot in the winter. Little to no room for advancement unless you work extremely hard.

This place is a beast and only the best will survive. I say that in a place of "hella-busy" "be efficient" "be strong". The people you work with are the best and will be there for you, which makes this place special.
