Management is super supportive and encourages growth within the company. Coworkers are strong in their respective roles and everyone is quite sociable and makes each shift a breeze. The hours are great as you can still ensure a second job or make time with friends and family outside of work. Food is great! I wish the restaurant was more consistently busy but otherwise was very easy to get trained in.!

More and more corporate every day. Lots of empty promises and upper management over stepping and micro managing, moving people and promotions based on “diversity” rather than earned.
Food quality has decreased over time. This used to be a great place with talented chefs, and they have reduced it to a fast food franchise. Some great chefs still work within the company, thankfully. There is hope.
