I would not recommend this company. They are only profit focused which makes it very difficult to go above and beyond for your tables. They do not care about their employees and will call you off every shift for weeks on end unless you are friends with the managers. You do not advance based on your skill or abilities but rather who you are friends with. Workplace bullying is very present at this establishment and nothing is ever done about it.

If you are part-time, good luck getting any hours. Only busy when it is sunny and warm, and patio opened. Dead after 8pm. Management only cares to reduce more hours and doesn't communicate well to it's servers.

Pros: Very flexible, can select the number of shifts you get and can usually pick up or drop shifts at ease. Early finish, unless you are the closer, always busy, fun place to work at times. Customers are pretty chill.

Cons: Revolving door of staff, management seems to change hands every couple of months and adapting to new management styles consistently is sort of frustrating. Training provided is very poor if you are new to the industry. Can be overwhelmingly busy at times, especially weekends in the summer.

Working at Bridges was great. The patio is incredible in the summers. Slows down a lot in the winter but I'm sure the new renovated building will keep it busier this winter.

Generally a really positive work environment, great location and chill guests! It gets really busy and sometimes chaotic so it can be stressful, but so is any serving/bartending job. I gained a lot of great experience at this location and also gained a group of friends for life. Can't get much better than that. If you're up for some hard work with a decent pay off, join Tap and Barrel.

Great coworkers, great leadership and communication skills from the senior chef. It offers a lot of opportunity to learn more about the ins and outs of a fast paced restaurant.

Very busy with not enough cooks, we made it work with a good team but I was there for upwards of 12 hours a day.
