PROS- great team, very inviting and feels like family. Lots of regulars to build loyalty with. Great tips for late night shifts.
CONS- Management can tend to have poor communication. Lack of reward/recognition.

Pros: Coworkers are very good to work with. Managers are friendly.
Cons: Less shift schedule than expected. Too much work.
Fun concept, poor execution

Pros- 50% off food like most restaurants
Cons- Outdated POS system, unexperienced shift supervisors and shady co-workers
Better off working at a food primary restaurant or an actual nightclub, because this place can't do both.

Great environment to get together with friends and family. Good snacks to enjoy with food, while music is on par with the culture Taphouse delivers. Healthy and well established with on going covid protocols.
