Scheduling is very flexible with whatever you needed (with time off as well)! Coworkers are all fun and kind people. You don't really move up though unless you push A LOT. Customers are mostly kind and patient, but because it is a higher end cafe you do get some rude and entitled customers. You also do not make a lot in tips compared to some other cafes.
