Working as a host at Ventura has been a rewarding experience. The place is beautifully decorated and hosts very cool events, which makes it unique and vibrant. Like many restaurants or bars, the work environment can be challenging at times, but it’s manageable. There are also opportunities for growth, which adds real value to the experience.
