• Is passionate about food and interested in growing their culinary abilities
• Has a curiosity about cooking techniques, ingredients, and food preparation, and the ability to
follow recipes and standards
• Works well in a team environment and communicates effectively
• Has strong organizational and time-management skills
• Follows proper food handling and sanitation regulations
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an asset, but not required
