Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff
- Maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards
- Assist with inventory and ordering
- Ensure smooth service during busy shifts
Requirements:
- Previous Sous Chef or leadership experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for fine dining and high-quality cuisine
- Ability to thrive under pressure
