Bar Manager Full Time

Higher end Yaletown Restaurant requires a fulltime bar manager. Brix & Mortar is quite a unique restaurant hosting hundreds of corporate dinners, weddings and events per year along with full time a la carte service. At least two years of bar management experience is preferred. A week will consist of 3-4 bar shifts and 1-2 administration days. Inventory control, cocktail program organization and cleaning schedules will be part of the job description. Creative control of the cocktail list, spirit and beer list. Opportunity to learn how to organize and run corporate events & weddings. Job is based on 40 HOURS per week.
