We are now hiring a Bar Manager at our Bentall location in Vancouver, BC. Our growing team has plenty of opportunities for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the bar team, setting the standard for hospitality, performance, and accountability.
• Manage beer, wine, and liquor purchasing while controlling inventory and beverage costs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop bartenders to build a knowledgeable, high-performing team.
• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service, beverage consistency, and strong coordination with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
• Create an exceptional guest experience by delivering every drink to Central standards.

What You've Done:

• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
