Glasshouse is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. We are a busy, upscale-casual restaurant focused on exceptional hospitality, high standards, and creating memorable guest experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop both Front of House
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues professionally
- Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and performance management
- Monitor labour, inventory, and operating costs
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
- Work closely with ownership to achieve business goals
- Drive sales, profitability, and team culture
