THE ROLE: We're on the hunt for a full-time Salary Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This position offers a competitive salary over a five-day work week. Flexible Schedule: We believe in a healthy work life balance, so schedules will need to meet the needs of the business and the individual. MUST be able to work a couple of late night closes per week.
3 weeks paid vacation. Training is ongoing with our program focusing on both professional and personal skills tailored for success in the hospitality industry. Growth: Join a growing business with expanding sales and internal opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS: Management or Leadership experience (2 Years). Excellent interpersonal skills with both guests and employees. Customer service focus and quality orientated. Able to successfully coach and manage people. Driven toward personal development. Computer Skills: good knowledge of word and excel, and the google suite. Serve it Right Certification required.
