We’re looking for a career-minded Service Manager who can step in, strengthen what’s working, and bring consistency, leadership, and attention to detail to every shift.
The Role
You’ll be a hands-on floor leader working alongside the Chef and management team to:
- Run clean, consistent service every shift
- Lead and support the FOH team with clarity and accountability
- Maintain and refine existing systems (not reinvent them)
- Build relationships with regulars and elevate guest experience
- Handle issues calmly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a leadership role in a full-service restaurant
- Strong service fundamentals and floor awareness
- Comfortable stepping into an established operation and improving it
- Wine + Italian food knowledge (or a genuine interest in it)
- Professional, steady, and team-oriented
