Most of the good management team left. The new managers have no idea what they are doing. The training was better during the open now its all over the place. You are def a body to make the managers/company money. Co workers are great tho.

They do not care about their employees and will call you off every shift for weeks on end unless you are friends with the managers. You do not advance based on your skill or abilities but rather who you are friends with. Workplace bullying is very present at this establishment and nothing is ever done about it.

If you are part-time, good luck getting any hours. Only busy when it is sunny and warm, and patio opened. Dead after 8pm. Management only cares to reduce more hours and doesn't communicate well to it's servers.
