Tap & Barrel Convention Centre

Horrible unnecessary gossip with their "shift leaders", superiority complex throughout the roof. no regard for risk of sun stroke, lack of support in all ends. their power shuts down way too often. although their GM is great, tap&barrel culture is...

You make money in the summer but the management team is horrible. All they are about is labor. They don't communicate, also lost our GM and AGM within a year. Most of the good management team left. The new managers have no idea what they are doing...

Decent workplace vibe, but turnover seems quite high. Tips were not very good whilst working as expo, so this might be a good place to serve but it isn't a great place to host/bus/expo. They also seem to schedule quite a few on-call shifts which c...

I would not recommend this company. They are only profit focused which makes it very difficult to go above and beyond for your tables. They do not care about their employees and will call you off every shift for weeks on end unless you are friends...

If you are part-time, good luck getting any hours. Only busy when it is sunny and warm, and patio opened. Dead after 8pm. Management only cares to reduce more hours and doesn't communicate well to it's servers.
