Managers can be clicky, you can advance in the company if you are friends with the managers. A lot of the managers who actually cared about the staff have left the pass few years because the company is all about profit and trying to open new locations. They kill you in the summer and then if you aren't tight with managers you get all on call shifts and get called off every time in the winter-instead of getting a seasonal lay off. Honestly better companies to work for you actually care about their staff.

The place is very unorganized and there is no support for the floor manager or staff. And upper management keeps adding more things to do without providing any added help or a fair compensation for the hard work their employees do.
