Very closed off cult like company values. Large interest in maintaining the same aesthetic values they have implemented since the beginning of Aritzia’s branding first started off. Management was focused on making who’s who fit in very happy while doing the bare minimum to retain hard working employees from quitting. They prioritize sales above everything, sales and numbers are more important than client retention.

Worked in the distribution centre. For the amount of work I did I we should’ve had more compensation but overall a nice place to work.

Aritzia has provided training, however, the training is not as practical as one may think. The work environment really requires someone who is adaptable and hard skin. As someone has mentioned earlier, help does not come easy. In terms of hiring, management also seems very rushed in terms of scheduling interviews and making deadlines for the hiring assessments.

How many bad repetitive aritzia reviews can you possibly read? Everything sad and unfair you've heard is unfortunately true. Company and Aritzia highschool clique aesthetic and Management all take the fun out of the aspect of the job. Sucks to be working along people in their mid 20's - mid 40's but all they all act 16. Doomed company morally, but all the best to it!

branding was more important than a lot of aspects of the business. The recruiting process for management is far too lax. Benefits and pay were decent.
