I worked at 2 different BP's for a combined time of around 5 years. I felt they were always accepting large group reservations with a kitchen staff that could not handle it. On top of that, you'd spend hours serving the large parties and would get basically nothing in tips, but the tips weren't overly great on a good day. The people were always great though, they made it worth it and I loved my coworkers. Some of them are still my good friends to this day. Even with all my BP experience, I wouldn't apply at another one. I'd love to try something a bit more low key.
