This is a great place to work, staff are lovely and supportive, always helpful and willing to answer questions without judgement. The training is thorough so you don't feel unprepared for your first non training shift. The managers really care about their employees and take your availability and personal situations into consideration while making the schedule. Any issues brought up are swiftly dealt with and if you are trying to find someone to cover a shift, managers will help or find a way to compromise and make it work. This is a place where your employer cares about you and shows it.
