I loved working at Arthur's, which was one of the restaurants owned by the company. Unfortunately it was permanently closed after COVID, but the leadership team and the staff members were the best I have ever worked with.

there was no room for growth. lots of micromanaging happening. the sudden changes on management was often.

Many bussers/server assistants left after false promises from new management left bussers without promotions. Corporate management was too comfortable with a great team of bussers. A new team of servers were hired and that really damaged the trust...
