The co-workers here are great, it's the only reason I stayed as long as I did. There's definitely a clique but if you make your way inside then it's easier to work there. Tip-out is 6.5% but it makes you wonder what you're tipping out to because you run your own food and others', along with your own drinks and others'. You'll also have to run dishes from dish pit to the kitchen, bus and reset your own tables. Management treats everyone like they're 17 at their first job so be prepared to have a manager remind you of every little thing you have to do before you've even had a chance to do it. This place is in a constant need to fill all of their roles which should tell you know everything you need to know. It's not all bad, the place is busy through the year so if you can get passed all of the annoying aspects, you can walk away with decent cash in your pocket.

Certain managers like to take advantage of their authority by being condescending, belittling, scrutinizing and being straight up rude for no good reason. Training is poor, then employees get scolded for their performance after not being trained properly.
