Working in Eataly taught me a lot of things and they are very valuable information about Italian cuisine.

Unfortunately my position requires too much of diversity and rude customers does not help with our long working shifts. Sometimes the shifts can last for more than 5 days in a row, work life balance does not met the standard here and every time came home very exhausted.
