Pros:
Interactive work place where you work with other people and talk to customers
You can switch between departments if you don't like your department
Clean and aesthetic work environment
Build a basic understanding of of sales revenue and inventory management
Great but limited benefits (there's always a catch to everything)

Cons:
Not a favorable place to develop yourself unless you have years rapport built with management
Forcing employees to fulfill tasks out of their pay range.
Very low opportunities for wage increase

Good+friendly management, sufficient training, lots of nice people to work+make friends with. When I requested more hours but my department couldn't offer much more, they accommodated by having me work in additional departments which I appreciated.

Only complaint I have is that when they have past or current employees of their company looking for work, they offer them a job at their branch of choice -- even if that branch then has to take away from other employees' hours in order to accommodate. On the one hand, I get it, it's kind and encourages employee loyalty, but it's also unfair to the people already working there whose hours suddenly get sacrificed.

The place was overall great to work at though, and they otherwise made an effort to be flexible with hours, so I'd still recommend it.
