Your coworkers really make or break the job. I was lucky to have understanding management and fun coworkers. They work by the book with schedule vacation days, paid sick days and fixed schedules.

Great environment as you are in a gym. Co-works are encouraging and the values are always based on goals and achieving them. This includes personal financial and fitness. Too much politics in upper management, hard to break general manager ceiling.
