Culture here is pretty great too, amazing staff, very friendly and encouraging. They really know how to get you to understand the importance of giving customers a great experience and of course that's amazing

The great thing about working for honeycomb is all the possibilities and all their other venues. Anther positive is their flexibility. The negative is it’s very clicky, management definitely has favourites and they have so many “vips” / regulars that can be kind of rude and demanding.

Baro is a great place to work, where they truly love and care about their employees. They like to grow from within and have advancement opportunities. It’s a fun place to work, great food and rarely is there ever a full moment. It can get hectic and stressful sometimes, but I still love going back.

4 stars as I found that they often overstaffed, which meant tips/sections were split across more so people took home less in their pockets.

Management is pretty great. Supportive and always jumping in to help out, whether it’s running food, serving, hosting etc., it’s an all-hands-in approach.

I would most definitely recommend Baro to any friend who I felt was a good fit :)
