I loved my time at Jack's. The people I worked with made going in to work each day very enjoyable. The management team maintained a high standard of operation without being too demanding or unjust with the me or my coworkers.

I have worked at multiple Jack Astor’s locations and have always found the company to be highly supportive of its employees. They invest time and effort into training, providing opportunities for career advancement for those interested. Comprehensive training and support are offered through shadow shifts and additional online learning. Compensation is based on hours and sales, with server wages and tips aligning with industry standards.

In my experience, management has always been exceptional. They effectively fulfill their roles while offering strong support to their teams. While some shifts can be long, the company prioritizes work-life balance and maintains flexibility in scheduling to accommodate employees’ individual needs and expectations. Jack Astor’s fosters a strong company culture and core values, extending them not only to employees but also to guests and the broader community.

I feel fortunate to have been part of such a great company for so many years.
