Waitresses talk so much trash about each other so toxic. The food runner position was fun and food discounts rock.

Overworked and underpaid and micromanaged. Three Food & Beverage managers who all managed differently and would yell and micromanage. No tips and no advancement opportunities. Physical labour such as moving heavy couches and marble tables all for a serving assistants job. Lifting and carrying heavy heatlamps, chafing trays, moving dozens of tables and chairs daily for event set up and tear down all for a serving assistant job at minimum wage with no tips because it's a private member club. Trashed my feet and my back at that job. Had hours slashed, because they'd overstaff and then ask people to go home.
