Tip out is incredibly high at 8.75%. Management is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Incredibly fake and will show clear favouritism. If you're a POC, micro agressions will come up from management. Coworkers are the best thing about this job. The location makes it fairly busy and great opportunity to make money if you all your tables are tipping you. However, with such a high tip-out, working and making money that doesn't account for hard you worked is always a risk.

Poor management & toxic work environment. Cares more about turning tables than the wellbeing of its employees.

While i worked for a brief time there, i was going through a hard time with my current relationship and mental health. Having co workers (BoH) who were genuinely nice and wanted to see me do better not just in the workplace but outside the workplace was something that i will never forget. Experience with (FoH) was difficult working as r/a, had multiple moments when drink racks were tipped over but poor communication had been made resulting in broken glass. But nevertheless i learned many lessons over my short period working there and will never forget those moments.
