Tips were great, however I felt that the majority of front of house staff were unskilled and had poor work ethic. Additionally, no adequate support was offered to workers with strong work that had suggestions for management.

Lots of opportunities to move up. Management is amazing at their job and really cares about this place. I enjoyed working there most because of my coworkers.
I enjoyed working at Townhall however due to lack of consistent management, the team environment has suffered.
